TLJ Series Desulfurization Pump
Overview
TLJ series desulfurization pump is our new generation series desulfurization pump elaborately developed based on the experience of successful design and manufacture of ZM series slurry pumps. It can be used as limestone slurry delivery pump, gypsum liquid discharge pump, filter feed pump, absorption tower circulation pump, recovery pump, etc.
Structure
TLJ series pumps adopt horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, suspension type structure. The pump uses a single pump casing, and the pump casing and impeller materials are made of special high-chromium alloy, abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant cast iron dual-phase alloy. The suspension has a cylindrical structure and the bearings are lubricated with dilute oil, see pump structure diagram.
Shaft Seal Form
The shaft seal adopts the special double-end mechanical seal form, which has reliable sealing and long service life.
